Steel Cord Conveyor Belt
Description
General-purpose steel cord belt use high-strength steel cord as frame materials, and it is built in a ‘uniplane’ construction with insulation gun and outer rubber covers, then after curing process, it will be the product.
Steel cord conveyor belt are widely used in distributed occasion, cement, coal mines, quarries, mining, power plants, metallurgy, ports and chemical industry, etc. it is popular applied to main transmission lines, long overland transportation, laneway transportation, ship loader, tilt transmission of other demanding requirements.
High tensile strength, low elongation values, impact resistance and good troughability. Available for long-distance, large capacity, high speed transmission of massive, granular and powder materials.
1. Using zinc galvanized open steel cord
2. More flexible than their equivalent with fabric reinforcement and requiring drums with smaller diameters.
3. Using zinc galvanized open steel cord and rubber with property of good adhesion, then the adhesion between steel cord and rubber is tight. And belt is resistant to impact and having longer using life.
4. with advanced manufacturing techniques, steel cords are evenly arranged with the same tension. Therefore, belts can run well and difficult to run away.
5. Limiting of longitudinal cuts and tears with one or two layer of steel cord tensioning according to customers’ special requirement.
6. Good throughability: as the belt body have no transverse skeleton, it is easy to form a deep trough, so the belts can load more materials and prevent the materials from escaping.
Type: normal steel cord conveyor belt and reinforced anti-tearing steel cord conveyor belt.
